The Marano vineyards are planted along the road that descends towards Valgatara. They are: . "Piani delle Spesse", two terraces bordered by woodland; "Spesse", the last vineyard still growing with the old Pergola Veronese system; "Montesei", "Pianigrandi", "Palosso" and "Piani degli Albasini", located around "Cà Albasini"; "Mirabelle", vineyard surrounded by a wood of chestnut trees; "Figari", the largest of our Marano vineyards; "Monterosso" and "Antanél", which are in the process of being re-planted; "Piani del Monterosso" , small terraced vineyard. |
